Children's Ministry Leader

We are looking for a Children’s Ministry Leader (CML) to join the leadership team at Chipping Campden Baptist Church (CBC) and serve in this strategic role. If you are experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic about seeing the lives of children transformed, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone to lead and build on our existing children’s ministry and Junior church to influence, grow, develop, co-ordinate and have pastoral oversight for all aspects of ages 0-10’s children’s ministry at CBC.

 

- 3 or 4 days (to be determined)

- 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

- Full-time equivalent salary from £20,000 - £24,000 (depending upon experience).

 

  • Are you a passionate disciple of Jesus, gifted in leadership, with a calling to connect with children and draw them to Jesus?

 

  • Are you willing to step out in faith, build God’s Kingdom, and engage in creative mission and ministry amongst children and with their families?

We are a growing church in the North Cotswolds committed to mission and relevant engaging ministry, and are passionate to see Jesus’ Kingdom built.

There is an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for this post to be held by a practising and active Christian; we expect the successful applicant to become a member of Chipping Campden Baptist Church.
